Jinzhu Aluminum (Tianjin) Co., Ltd. is located in the Ninghe Modern Industrial Zone of Tianjin Future Technology City, the geometric center of the Bohai Economic Rim. The company covers an area of 80,000 ㎡ with modern factories and supporting facilities covering approximately 50,000 ㎡. Our aluminum curtain wall panels are used for interior and exterior decoration in key infrastructure projects such as high-speed rail stations, airports, hospitals, conference centers, grand theaters, stadiums, high-end office buildings, and commercial real estate. Over the years, we have earned the praise and trust of a wide range of customers and export to more than 20 countries and regions.

In recent years, we have innovatively developed the Jinzhu Space Capsule, which can be used in holiday hotels, B&Bs, scenic spots, theme parks, resorts, sightseeing agriculture, outdoor camps, and cultural tourism projects. It is characterized by factory prefabrication, whole installation and transportation, unrestricted by terrain or land quotas, and excellent properties, including corrosion and rust resistance, thermal insulation, seismic and pressure resistance. It is safe and durable. The company currently offers five models of space capsules and accepts personalized customization.

Our company is a modern, comprehensive aluminum curtain wall panel enterprise integrating the design, development, production, and sales as one. Our aluminum curtain wall panel products includes interior ceiling aluminum panels, hyperbolic aluminum panels, sheet metal processing, fluorocarbon coating (PVDF, fluorine content ≥ 70% ± 2%), and powder coating. The annual capacity for sheet metal processing is 1.2 million ㎡, with a coating capacity of 1.5 million ㎡. The daily capacity for comprehensive sheet metal processing and coating is 3000-4000 ㎡ and 4000-5000 ㎡ respectively. The base material for the aluminum panels is provided by major China aluminum base material suppliers such as Southwest Aluminum, offering high-quality 3000 series base materials. The high-temperature curing liquid PVDF fluorocarbon coatings use internationally renowned brands such as PPG from the United States, AkzoNobel from the Netherlands, and Valspar from the United States.

The company has a professional technical research and development team and customer service team, providing professional one-on-one pre-sale, in-sale, and after-sale technical and product supporting services. With an experienced hyperbolic aluminum panel production team and complete hyperbolic aluminum panel product solutions, we fully meet the personalized requirements of architects and owners, endowing buildings with a more distinct contemporary theme and unique quality. Using advanced ERP management systems, we monitor every process from raw material storage, production, and processing to finished product delivery. The processes are standardized and dynamically managed, achieving real-time production statistics and traceability of each product to the machine and operator, with real-time product quality monitoring. The product quality inspection implements a full inspection system, with quality control personnel at each process from raw material entry to finished product delivery, ensuring that each finished product has no dimensional errors, scratches, color differences, or deformation.

The finished panels are protected with two layers of waterproof and dustproof PE film and PP bubble film. In terms of product shipping, each product has its unique bra code and is scanned during loading, ensuring accurate records. The company has built a professional loading and unloading platform and established a professional loading and unloading team to handle products based on their shape characteristics. We have established long-term stable cooperation with large logistics companies to prevent accidental damage to finished products from scratches, compression, and deformation during loading, unloading, and transportation
