Jinzhu Group Outstanding Employees and Teams Team-Building Event

        As spring blossoms in vibrant colors, our journey of growth and achievement continues. To recognize outstanding employees and strengthen the core and mid-to-senior level teams of Jinzhu Company, a two-day team-building trip to Chengde, Hebei, was organized from April 30 to May 1, 2024.

       On the morning of April 30, the team set off from the company, traveling by bus to Chengde City, Hebei. The journey was filled with laughter and excitement as everyone left behind the hustle and bustle of the city, eager to embark on a delightful springtime adventure.

       The first stop was Chengde Museum, the city’s first modern comprehensive museum. Among the 688 artifacts on display, 25 are classified as first-grade national treasures, primarily from the Qing Dynasty, offering everyone a deeper understanding of Chengde's rich historical and cultural heritage.

       Afterward, we toured the Chengde Mountain Resort. The resort boasts stunning landscapes, including mountains, lakes, and plains. We enjoyed a serene boat ride along the lake, surrounded by picturesque scenery, crystal-clear waters, and refreshingly pure air. The breathtaking views of the lake, mountains, and the clear blue sky created a paradise-like atmosphere.

       The Chengde Mountain Resort, also known as the "Chengde Summer Palace" or "Rehe Palace," is the largest existing imperial garden in China, recognized as a World Cultural Heritage Site and a national 5A-level scenic area. The resort was constructed over 89 years during the reigns of three emperors—Kangxi, Yongzheng, and Qianlong. It stands as a masterpiece of classical Chinese garden art, hailed as the "miniature of China's geographical features" and the "pinnacle of classical Chinese gardens."

        With a guide, we explored attractions such as the Lion Grove Garden, Golden Hill, Smoke and Rain Pavilion, and the Hot River, experiencing the emperor's private garden. The unique layout and design seamlessly blend cultural and natural landscapes, deeply captivating everyone with its beauty and historical charm.

        After the tour, we gathered for a grand feast. Colleagues enjoyed good food, lively conversations, and endless joy.

       On the morning of May 1, we visited Sengguan Peak and Kuixing Pavilion, immersing ourselves in the splendor of nature and the profound historical significance of these sites.

        This two-day team-building trip, though brief, was well-organized and fulfilling. It enriched everyone’s cultural experience, enhanced communication among colleagues, and allowed us to relax and recharge. Most importantly, it strengthened the cohesion and unity of Jinzhu Company's core team.

        As the sun shines warmly, we embrace the moment and look forward to a promising future, marching forward with confidence!
